This place is so over priced !! you guys are better off looking for much better beaches nearby. We had lunch there 2 yrs ago with my nephew and the whole meal cost me close to 1,000 php plus the entrance of 100 per person. Not to mention, this place is super crowded everday and even worse on weekends!! The beach is almost always on the low tide part of the island and again, not much room to swim around when there are tons of people in one spot!!too bad this place became American dollars oriented through the years;(

yeah , I agree with that..Paradise now a days is no longer inviting. super crowded talaga and u can't swim properly and the price is too high not reasonable anymore.
I am going home soon sa pinas and I want to bring my whole family(20-30pax) in Paradise unfortunately Paradise is not there 1st choice.

I suggest they will offer some promo's and atleast a bit of changes in the resorts exterior.konting additional facilites .

this is only my feedback and suggestion to the resort management.

Hello everyone! I'm not related nor working for Paradise Beach Resort but I am one of those who grew up in Davao and loving the glam of white sand beaches in Samal Island which will take about 15 minutes ride from the pier/ dock. If anyone's more than interested and itching to get there, maybe you should try their website http://www.paradiseislanddavao.com/

I hope this comment helps. Cheers! =)

paradise sucks. day tour is on low tide till afternoon and on evening you are prohibited to go swimming even on shore line. how will your customers enjoy the beach.

PARADISE is a beautiful place ! clean and a great place to take pictures .. but the thing i hate most of it is theres a lot of people ! i cant even find a seat to just relax and have fun ! there is a lot of people and that makes it crowded ! its so noisy .. bla-bla-bla here , bla-bla-bla here and everywhere ! because of its cheap entrance fee and a beautiful place to be , many people come here .. but still if u want a great place to have a overnight stay or take pictures this is the place i would recommend u to go but if u want to get out of noises in DAVAO , this is not the best place to be .. but i love this place wish they would make the place bigger and have more chairs and tables :-)

Is the rate P2,500 for a de luxe room? I understand that this is an aircon room good for 2 persons. How about for a family of 5? Would you recommend a 2 de luxe rooms or 1 family room that can accommodate 5 pax?

Current cottages range from 3500-3900, with this prices, their check in time is 4pm!and ur suppose to be out by 12 noon d next day.not worth my money.ur getting a cottage bcuz u wanna use it kung kelan sobrang init sa labas (between 12nn-3pm).so its useless paying almost 4k for their cottages, if they let u in way too late in d afternoon.if its customer satisfaction u wanna deliver, u shud give the customers worth for their money, and change ur check in time at 12nn.if the hotels can let u check in by 12nn, why cant u?

Not friendly to children, restaurant staff are rude. When you eat in the restaurant be sure not to loose your patience if you want to order any additional food because the waiters are hiding and roaming around.
