Maxima is a 2-story beach house fully equipped with 4 rooms fitted with 3 king-size beds, and 4 single beds. It also has 3 full showers and toilets, a kitchen with a refrigerator and cooking facilities as well as indoor living and dining rooms. How much does it cost? You pay just Php 12,500 which is good for 10 people.

You have a lot of options for fun such as swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and fishing. Close to Maxima is the San Jose Wall and Cave, a perfect spot to go diving, both for beginners and professional. Aside from that, Hagimit Falls is just few steps away from the floating house. You can take dip in its fresh water, as Hagimit is one of the Samal's hidden riches.

With the ample of activities which Maxima offers, I am sure your spirit cup will not be empty for a long time. By the way, Maxima is also great for small group corporate meetings, private parties and other special occasions.
